Gayle Treichel Bunge

Gayle is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) who works with senior corporate leaders in the areas of: improving organizational performance, strategic planning to goal obtainment, individual leadership and team development, new leadership on-boarding, and succession planning.
Gayle brings more than 25 years of experience to her clients. Her specialty is helping align and engage leaders to execute strategy for specific results. Gayle has experience in many business sectors such as financial and asset management, manufacturing, retail, media, live entertainment, consumer goods, and various non profit organizations. Gayle also serves as an Executive Development Consultant for KRW International, one of ClearWater’s strategic partners.
Gayle is a skilled individual Performance Coach, with a particular focus on leveraging clients’ strengths to accelerate their developmental results. As a professional public speaker, she conducts sessions and seminars for groups of all sizes.
Prior to creating ClearWater, Gayle was responsible for coaching key leadership personnel and developing strategies to enhance key business units at Clear Channel Worldwide. Earlier in her career, she created specialized training and sales development opportunities across the ABC/Disney integrated business unit platform.
Gayle resides in Lanesboro, MN, with her husband and two daughters. Actively involved in her community, she and her husband enjoy developing and funding area renovations and businesses including a fitness center/ dance studio, a farm-to-table restaurant, a professional theatre company, and a 16-room Inn.
