6. Team Management Profile (TMP)
This dual-focused assessment is both an individual and a team profiling instrument that plays an integral part in developing programs in leading organizations worldwide. Created by Team Management Systems, Inc. the Team Management Profile (TMP) questionnaire focuses on enhancing understanding of an individual’s approach to work with regard to their preferences and details the strengths that each individual brings to the team. ClearWater Performance Group is an accredited facilitator of this unique and powerful tool. The Team Management Profile (TMP) session is excellent on its own, and can be particularly effective when combined with team planning/strategic meetings, or as part of a debriefing session for a recent team initiative or project.
7. DiSC Profile Facilitation
DiSC is well regarded, self-scored behavioral assessment. Behavioral styles are grouped into four main categories: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness, with a multitude of possible combinations that specifically capture an individual’s behavioral essence. Session includes individual and team exercises to deepen participants’ learning and application. Should you have global needs, this tool has been adapted in 23 languages.
8. Fundamentals of Leadership
This session is meant to deepen a leadership team’s understanding of their roles within the Leadership Pipeline, the fundamental Building Blocks of Excellent Execution, and how to move from traditional “managers” to coaches to best develop the talent on their teams to improve succession-planning to deepen the bench for promoting individuals within an organization. Involves personal and team exercises and role-plays using real world challenges from the supervisor and direct report perspectives.
9. Foundations of Leadership Execution
This program is key in helping leadership teams re-establish and re-commit to key priorities, determine what’s currently “getting in the way”, analyze the talent on their teams, and create an action plan for overcoming obstacles, setting mile-markers, and staying accountable to executing the strategy to achieve performance goals.

This is our most highly-customized offering, specifically created to serve as the “next step” beyond our “Foundations of Leadership Execution” session. Learn the secrets for truly great presenting… from mental preparation and vocal delivery techniques, to meaningful movement and engaging subject matter. 12. Brainstorm Facilitation

Get out of the boring brainstorm box and meet its powerful nemesis—The Creative Problem Solving process! The brainchild of Sid Parnes and Alex Osborn (the “O” in advertising giant, BBDO), the CPS process is over 50-years strong and has helped ad agency execs sell more widgets and governments in 3rd world countries battle apartheid. And now it’s available to you, as each of our ClearWater partners is certified CPS facilitator.
13. Team-Building Simulations
Wondering just how well your team really performs under pressure? We offer two real-life crisis simulations, Desert Survival and Sub-Arctic Survival to test current team dynamics with regard to collaboration and decision-making. Both sessions include a detailed debrief to discover “how” each team member contributed to the overall team outcome, and the implications and opportunities this presents for future critical team decisions.
